PROTECTION — $399

Includes all benefits of the 1-Year Protection Plan, plus: - Coverage for three years after the original workmanship warranty 

- Up to two complimentary professional inspections Complimentary re-leveling when required due to normal settling

- Minor hardware adjustments once during warranty period 

- Pocket adjustments once during warranty period 

- Rail and cushion inspection once during warranty period

Our highest level of protection. Includes Five years of extended protection 

Coverage begins after expiration of the original workmanship warranty. Includes:

- Complimentary re-leveling due to normal settling once during warranty period 

- Slate seam inspection and covered correction Twice during warranty period.

- Frame and cabinet hardware inspection twice during warranty period.

- Pocket inspection and minor adjustments once during warranty period.

- Rail and cushion performance inspection once during warranty period.

- Priority scheduling

- No standard service-call charge for covered warranty repairs 

- 15% discount on non-covered service and labor valid for two services

- 15% discount on a future professional recover 

- $100 credit toward one future professional pool table move or cushion replacement performed by The Pool Table Movers LLC 

WHAT IS COVERED?

The Extended Protection Program is intended to cover problems associated with the professional installation, setup and normal operation of the pool table, including eligible issues involving: - Table leveling - Slate alignment - Slate seams - Installation-related hardware - Pocket attachment - Rail attachment - Cabinet and frame adjustments - Installation workmanship All covered repairs are subject to inspection and determination by The Pool Table Movers LLC. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED? 

The Extended Protection Program does not cover: - Pool table cloth/felt wear, stains, tears, burns or damage - Damage caused by liquids, flooding, excessive moisture or humidity - Fire, smoke or environmental damage - Abuse, misuse or accidental damage - Cosmetic scratches, dents, chips or finish damage - Damage caused by pets or children.  Damage caused by sitting, standing or placing excessive weight on the table - Moving or attempting to move the pool table. Repairs, adjustments or alterations performed by another company or individual Damage caused by flooring movement or structural movement of the building Damage resulting from improper temperature or humidity conditions - Normal wear of cushions, pockets, cloth or other consumable components - Damage caused by acts of nature or circumstances outside our control.

IMPORTANT:

MOVING THE TABLE A pool table should never be lifted, dragged, pushed or relocated while assembled. Coverage immediately terminates if the table is moved, disassembled, serviced, altered or reinstalled by anyone other than The Pool Table Movers LLC. If The Pool Table Movers LLC professionally relocates the table, eligible protection-plan coverage may continue at the new location. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

To maintain coverage, the customer must provide a reasonably climate-controlled environment and properly care for the pool table. Customers should contact The Pool Table Movers LLC immediately if they notice unusual movement, slate separation, leveling problems, loose components or other concerns. Continued use after a significant problem becomes apparent may result in additional damage that is not covered.

ELIGIBILITY

Extended Protection Plans are only available exclusively for qualifying pool tables. Purchased from The Pool Table Movers LLC Professionally installed by The Pool Table Movers LLC Approved for coverage at the time of purchase
